Enhancing Agility with Dynamic Response Drills

Developing swift response times in agility drills is crucial for female athletes aiming to excel on the field or court.

By developing reaction times during training, female athletes can improve their ability to make quick decisions, change direction, and outmaneuver opponents effectively.

This type of training has been shown to directly transfer to the field or court, especially when fatigued!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Coach Morgan is a sports performance coach and athlete relations coordinator at Relentless.

She has her BS in Sports Management and is currently completing her CSCS and USAW.

She completed her internship with Relentless in the summer of 2023.

I have always had a passion for fitness, athletics, and strength training. I grew up in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania located in the Lehigh Valley, where I attended Parkland High School. After graduating from high school, I attended Kutztown University where I played Division 2 lacrosse.

While attending Kutztown, I worked with the strength and conditioning staff helping train all the sports teams. Strength coaching at Kutztown taught me a variety of knowledge and different coaching techniques. I completed my Sports Performance coaching internship at Lehigh University in the summer of 2022.

I graduated in the spring of 2023 from KU with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor in Fitness Administration and completed my 500hour intensive internship with Relentless in the summer of 2023.


I am in the process of taking my CSCS to further my education in strength training. I am beyond excited to work at Relentless Athletics to grow my knowledge in sports performance training and most importantly help female athletes grow to become the best versions of themselves.
